ABOUT SARA
I help leaders see what systems flatten.
I am the founder of Ignite Flow and VENNEXA, a relational intelligence lab developing frameworks and models for working with complexity.
My work focuses on consequential questions that cannot be understood from a single angle. I reveal the relationships, assumptions, incentives, and conditions shaping a situation so leaders can make decisions that better reflect reality.
THE PATH TO THE WORK
The pattern was visible long before it had a name.
My path to this work spans commercial-facing roles across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, genetic testing, and healthcare technology organizations. From those positions, I saw how institutions translate complex realities into categories, metrics, workflows, forecasts, and decisions, and what can become invisible in the process.
Alongside that career, I spent years studying organizational culture, human relationships, leadership, nervous-system dynamics, and the conditions that allow people and systems to change. Personal experiences navigating serious illness and healthcare systems made the human consequences of simplification impossible to treat as abstract.
The convergence of those perspectives led me to create VENNEXA as a place to develop relational frameworks and Ignite Flow as the means of applying them to real questions, decisions, and systems.
HOW I WORK
The work begins by seeing the fuller structure.
People often arrive with a challenge already defined and a solution already under consideration. I slow the frame down enough to examine what is being measured, assumed, incentivized, and left out. From there, we can identify the organizing problem, find the real leverage, and determine what the people and system involved can actually carry.
I bring strategic inquiry, structural pattern recognition, and relational intelligence to the work. The aim is clearer language, more coherent decisions, and movement that can take hold.
